Returns

We hope your order is exactly what you wanted, but if not, a return is quick and easy! A.S.98 will accept returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of shipment, in the complete original packaging, with refunds given in the manner of purchase. A.S.98 will not accept returns of merchandise that has been worn or modified in any way. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. Please note:

  • We will only accept returns from orders placed directly with as98.net.

  • Any package or product not meeting the eligibility requirements, including postmarks outside of the return window and products deemed by A.S.98 to be worn, will be re-shipped and the purchasing credit card will be charged with any associated shipping costs. A.S.98 is not responsible for loss or damage in transit.

  • Any item returned without its original shoe box or sent using the original shoe box as the shipping package will incur a $10.00 restocking fee.

  • Returns made using the pre paid label enclosed in the original box will be subject to an additional $10.00 fee, deducted from the refund. If you opt not to use the enclosed return label, or if a label wasn’t included, we encourage using a traceable service, as A.S.98 is not be responsible for lost packages.

  • You may prefer not to use our pre paid label and would like to ship using an alternate method. In this case, packages may be sent to:

  • REFUNDS
  • Refunds will be processed, less the return shipping fee of $10.00 if applicable, in 1-2 weeks of the return arriving to A.S.98. Original shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • EXCHANGES
  • A.S.98 does not offer exchanges for alternate products. If you would like to replace your purchase with something else, simply place a new order for the desired items, and return your original purchase following the instructions above.
  • UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
  • Packages that are refused by the recipient or are undeliverable for any reason will be treated as a return when received by A.S.98, and the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping and restocking fees.
